This restaurant, under the command of chef Luis Arellano, who worked side by side  Enrique Olivera in Pujol, together, they created Criollo which focuses on local and seasonal ingredients to create authentic Oaxacan cuisine with the most delicate touch. The tasting menu changes daily so be prepared to amazed your palate in one of our favorite restaurants in Oaxaca.
